Clay Den Membership

Welcome to the Clay Den, the wet clay studio extension of Art at the Bodega.  We have lots of fun with wet clay in our new Clay Den, hopefully you have taken a few of our clay classes and have found yourself here at our Clay Den Membership!  YAY!  As long as you have a good understanding of wheel throwing and hand building you are invited to join our Clay Den Membership.  This is not the place for clay beginners…but join a few classes and it just may be the activity that you can’t live without.  (We understand that for sure).

We want the Clay Den to be YOUR very own studio to create your masterpieces on your own time.  The Clay Den will be open from 8-10 most days (a few times will be blacked out for our studio public classes) and you will have access to our wheels, tools, glazes and of course our kilns to fire you beautiful Art.  (We will do the firing of the kilns to work within our current kiln schedules).  Anyway, welcome to our Clay Den membership page, and of course if you have any questions at all don’t hesitate to call or email us at the Bodega.

Here’s what’s included:

  • Access to our pottery wheels and hand building tables during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (with some exceptions when the wheels are being used for studio led classes)
  • Use of our studio tools, including slab pottery forms and Slab Roller
  • Mayco Stoneware Glazes to choose from
  • Your own personal shelf for works in progress
  • 25 pound bag of clay ($75 value) which includes 2 firing (bisque and glaze)
  • 10% off workshops and classes while a monthly member
  • Option to sell work in our gift shop on commission
