In this class, you will learn the techniques of Bob Ross, a famous and beloved painter known for his beautiful landscapes. You'll have the opportunity to create your own masterpiece, a serene mountain scene, complete with trees, a beautiful sky, and perhaps even a river or waterfall!
Welcome to Art at the Bodega, your DIY art studio where walk-in customers can create painted pottery pieces, beginner fused glass, canvas painting with instructions and patterns, beautiful stoneware glazing that are unique and have that organic feel everyone loves so much, and wood signs that are great door hangers and home decor.
We have snacks and drinks, including a full bar for our 21+ customers. Most of the projects we have for you take 1-2 hours to complete and some of them go home with you that day and some require kiln firing to be completed.

You will get to choose any of the mugs, plates, bowls or whatever you would like to paint and we will help you mandala them up! (dots fyi) We have great music and ambiance and we give will give you the HOW TO's of painting mandalas but it is not a step-by-step class as everyone will be doing their own thing and painting their own project. Please get here a little early (15 minutes or so) so you can settle in with your friends, find a seat, grab a beverage and get ready to create your masterpiece.
We promise a funtastic time at our studio! We provide everything you need. We have water, sodas, and snacks, for an additional fee. Additionally, we a full bar for our over 21 artists. We do not allow outside alcoholic beverages!!.
The $20 fee will be charged and any additional amount based on your choice of pottery to paint will be charged at the event. Items will be left at the studio for firing in one of our kilns and you can pick it up in 7 days! See you soon!

Drop off your kids for a fun-filled day of art! Kids will create super secret gifts for whoever! Mom, grammy, aunt, the list goes on! Kids will create several art projects to take home for gifting! Are you looking to add some sparkle to your life? We have a wonderful NEW paintings similar in style to the beautiful colorism paintings of Henri Matisse . You will choose your style at checkout and we will prep your canvas with your pattern and we have many beautiful acrylic paint colors to finish the job. We will instruct you with all the tips and tricks to complete your masterpiece and you will take it home when you finish. This is truly a painting you we love to hang in your home. This event is being held at The Floratory in Peoria IL. Get into the beautiful art of Glass and unleash your creativity with our Fused Glass Wave class! In this hands on workshop, you'll learn the art of creating beautiful fused glass sun catcher adorned with charming bits of clear glass and a hint of color too. You will get to learn how to cut and arrange different types of glass pieces into a design. We will then fire your piece in our kiln which fuses the glass shapes together. Your project will be ready for pick up in approximately 2 weeks.

Are you looking to add some sparkle to your life? We have a wonderful NEW workshop we call Crushed Glass Art. You will have the opportunity to make 1 canvas or wood board and crushed glass piece at this easy and fun workshop. WE will paint the canvas with just some background color and then add our crushed glass in lots of fun colors, we will then resin them and you will have to leave them overnight to let the resin cure before you can take them home. They are so fun and beautiful and really do add a little glitz to your decor.
Art at the Bodega has a full bar for age 21+, we also have sodas, water, and snacks, available for purchase.

We are sure you have heard about this EPIC adventure at the Bodega!! The Bodega is going to have a real life SLOTH in the studio!!! Not only is Oynx the Sloth coming to create with us, but she's bringing some very EXOTIC friends too! We aren't sure exactly which friends Oynx will bring with her, there could be Foxes, Lemurs, Snakes, Otters, Tarantulas, and so much more 10-12 animals to pet will be at the studio! (NOTE: Just like people, animals can sometimes be under the weather and not in the mood for crowds, so the exact animals are a suprise to us but rest assured the list will be awesome). So call us Matt Damon cause we bought a zoo just for you! So sign on up and come create a sloth themed art project with the animal kingdom! Pictures, petting and holding of some of the animals (you cannot hold Oynx only pet gently and have you photo taken with her). This is s VERY interactive event. We have missed our zoo friends and are ready to welcome them back at the studio!!!

You can chose any flat bisque piece, bowls, plates, platter, plaques whatever you are feeling when you come to the class, of course you will choose colors too. We will show you step-by-step how to create this beautiful mug. The kiln does most of the heavy lifting so this is a super easy and fun class.

Fused Glass has made its way to the Bodega you will make a beautiful glass bowl in the coral style! Design your bowl however you would like with as many colors as you would like. You will get one mushroom per ticket. Every piece will be different! They must stay and get fired multiple times and will ready to be picked in about 2 weeks.
You heard that right! Art at the Bodega is teaming up again and this time it's with are friends at Wild Acre Farms. They will be bringing baby goats to come wander and play in the studio! Come cuddle some baby goats and paint something with us!
